5. Liability and Valuables

Jomotel’s property is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ belongings unless due to our negligence. We recommend using safe deposit boxes at the front desk. The hotel is not responsible for personal injuries, except where caused by our negligence.

Jomotel shall not be liable for failure to fulfill its obligations due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
