Cancellation

Reservations are confirmed upon payment. Cancellation policies vary by room type and season, and fees may apply. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the cancellation policy specified during booking. For group bookings, special terms may apply.

Force Majeure Policy

If cancellations are due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, government travel restrictions), the hotel may issue a partial refund or offer a future booking credit, based on the specific circumstances.

 

Promotional & Non-Refundable Rates

Certain discounted or promotional bookings may be labelled as β€œNon-Refundable.” These rates cannot be cancelled or refunded

 

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or may be asked for a new payment option within [30] business days after confirmation of cancellation. Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.
